| Ambuja Cements Limited had informed the Exchange vide its letter dated February 3, 2011 regarding the final dividend 2010 would be paid on April 15, 2011 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Company has now informed the Exchange vide its letter dated April 15, 2011 that "We have been informed by our Bankers for payment of dividends viz. HDFC Bank that the Reserve Bank of India has rescheduled the settlement date for RTGS, NEFT and NECS payment from the originally scheduled date of April 15, 2011 to April 16, 2011 in view of the subsequently declared bank holiday for RTGS, NEFT and NECS payments. However, mailing of the dividend warrants has been completed on April 15, 2011, as scheduled." |
