| Idbi Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, have issued the final order dated April 08, 2011 approving the scheme of amalgamation of IDBI Home Finance Limited and IDBI Gilts Limited (wholly owned subsidiaries of IDBI Bank Ltd.) with IDBI Bank Limited under Sections 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956. As per the aforesaid final order, the said scheme of amalgamation has become effective from January 01, 2011, i.e., the Appointed Date. |
