IDBI Bank Limited - Change in Company Secretary
Idbi Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that consequent upon posting of Shri. S.N.Baheti, CGM & Company Secretary to Priority Sector Group of the Bank, Shri. Pawan Agrawal, DGM, Board Department has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of IDBI Bank Ltd vide approval of the Board of Directors accorded by Circular Resolution passed on May 18, 2011 in terms of the Provisions of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement and Section 383A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Article 156 of the Articles of Association of IDBI Bank Ltd.
