| Punjab National Bank has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Bank will be held on June 27, 2011. Further, the Bank has fixed Book Closure from June 18, 2011 to June 27, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting and receive the Annual Dividend for the Financial Year 2010-11. The date of payment of dividend will be July 14, 2011. |
