Uco Bank has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Bank fixed June 03, 2011 as specified date for the purpose of ascertainment of shareholders of the Bank entitled to participate i.e. nominate, contest and vote for election of one Director from amongst the shareholders of the Bank (other than Central Government) in terms of Section 9(3)(i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Bank.
