| McNally Bharat Engineering Company recommends dividend Of 20% The board of McNally Bharat Engineering Company in its meeting on 27 June 2011 has recommended dividend at the rate of Rs 2 per share (20%) for the year ended 31 March 2011. The board has appointed Aditya Khaitan as additional director of the company. The board has appointed Prabir Kumar Ghosh, currently the president and chief financial officer of the company as wholetime director & group CFO. Further, the board has accepted the resignation of S P Singhi, S K Pasari and C K Pasari, directors of the company. |
