| Ramsarup Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2010 authorized the Committee of Directors for issuance of Equity Shares to the existing Shareholders of the company on Rights Basis (Rights Issue), subject to all applicable statutory and regulatory approvals. The terms and conditions of Rights issue including the rights entitlement ratio, issue price, record date, timeline, appointment of intermediaries etc. and all other statutory and regulatory approvals shall be subsequently decided by the Committee of Directors. |
