Trent & Inditex to bring Massimo Dutti stores into India Signs MOU Trent has entered into an MOU with the Inditex Group to develop and promote Massimo Dutti stores in India. As per the MOU signed, ZARA Holding BV (an Inditex Group company) would hold 51% and Trent would hold 49% in the proposed JV company. The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 22 July 2011.
