| Astrazeneca Pharma India Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 08, 2011: (1) Mr. N. R. Srinivasan resigned from the position of VP-Legal & Company Secretary of the Company effective end of working hours of July 31, 2011. Consequently he will no more be the Compliance officer of the Company effective August 01, 2011.(2) Consequent to the above Mr. Raghunath Rath, Legal & Secretarial Manager, be and is hereby appointed as the officiating Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company effective from August 08 , 2011. |
