Gmr Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved the following : (1) Resignation of Mr. Srinivas Bommidala, as Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 01, 2011. He will continue as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company; and (2) Appointment of Mr. B.V. Nageswara Rao as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2011.
