Trent allots equity shares
Trent allots equity shares On conversion of CCPS The board of Trent on 01 September 2011 has allotted 44,51,414 equity shares of Rs 10 each upon conversion of cumulative compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) Series-A to those members whose names appeared as beneficial owners in the records of the depositories and/or whose names appeared on the Register of Members of the company as on the record date. Consequent upon the conversion as aforesaid, the paid up equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs 20.06 crore to Rs 24.51 crore.
