AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited - Reappointment
Astrazeneca Pharma India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2011, has re-appointed Mr. Anandh Balasundaram as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 (Three) years from August 01, 2011 subject to the approval of the shareholders at a General Meeting. Further, the Company has also submitted a copy of a gist of the terms & conditions of the re- appointment.
