Indowind Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that M/s. Subuthi Investments Pvt. Ltd., a member of the Promoter and Promoters Group of Companies has bought 5,67,434 shares (Five Lacs Sixty Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty Four Shares) of M/s. Indowind Energy Limited in the open market on November 29, 2011. Due to this, the percentage of share holding of Promoter and Promoters Group in M/s. Indowind Energy Limited is increased from 31.41% to 32.04%.
