Gail (India) Limited had informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed December 15, 2010 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if approved in the Board meeting to be held on December 10, 2010 and it will be paid from December 18, 2010 onwards. The Company has now informed the Exchange that Record Date will be December 28, 2010, for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board and it will be paid from December 31, 2010 onwards.
