| Oil & Natural Gas Corporation appoints additional directors With effect from 14 December 2011 Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has announced that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, vide letter dated 14 December 2011 has appointed S K Barua, director, IIM, Ahmedabad, O P Bhatt, ex- chairman State Bank Group and Sushama Nath, former Secretary to Government of India as non-official part-time directors on the board of Oil And Natural Gas Corporation. The board has approved the appointment of S K Barua, O P Bhatt and Sushama Nath as additional directors on the board of ONGC with effect from 14 December 2011. |
