| Educomp Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange that Remuneration Committee of the Company today i.e, December 26, 2011 has granted 80,000 Stock Options to the Employees of the Company under ESOP Scheme 2008 at current market price to be converted in to one equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each on exercise of one option. Vesting conditions and Exercise period of the stock options is as decided by the remuneration committee as per the terms and conditions of the ESOP Scheme 2008. |
