Indowind Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Company held on December 08, 2010 decides as follows: To initiate necessary action to get the approval of Share Holders of the Company through Postal Ballot. (1) For Transfer of some of the Assets of the Company in favour of its subsidiary Company and (2) To issue 2,50,00,000 Equity Shares (Which carries no dividend and less voting rights) to Promoters / Friends / Relative of the Promoters.
