Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited - ESOPs/ESOS
Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited has informed the Exchange that on February 24, 2012, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company has granted to its employee 10,000 options equivalent to 10,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 146.30 per equity share. These options will vest over a period of 3 years. The exercise period would be 5 years from the date of vesting.
