Amar Lulla ceases as joint managing director of Cipla
Amar Lulla ceases as joint managing director of Cipla With effect from 13 December 2010 Cipla has announced that the contract of Amar Lulla as joint managing director of the company will expire on 13 December 2010. Amar Lulla has informed the company that he is not in a position to continue his services in the above capacity on expiry of his current term. In deference of his wishes, the board has accepted his request. Consequently, Amar Lulla will cease to be the joint managing director of the company effective from the aforesaid date.
