| Goa Carbon Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement and executed the same with Sinoway International Holdings Limited (Hong Kong based Company) to form a Joint Venture Company in Hong Kong which will invest in setting up a company in China, to establish Calcined Petroleum Coke manufacturing plant. Further the Company will invest in JV Company through its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company, GCL Global Resources SGP Pte. Ltd. (Singapore registered company) and will hold 51% equity in Joint Venture Company. |
