| Glodyne Technoserve allots equity shares Under scheme of amalgamation Glodyne Technoserve has announced that pursuant to the approval of relevant authorities, the merger committee of the company at its meeting held on 13 December 2010, inter alia, has allotted 5,28,403 equity shares of Rs 10 to the eligible shareholders of Compulink Systems under the scheme of arrangement & amalgamation of Compulink Systems with the company. The shares are issued and allotted in the swap ratio of 1:19 to those eligible members of Compulink who held the shares of Compulink on the record date determined for the said purpose i.e. 27 November 2010. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs 23.98 crore to Rs 24.50 crore consisting of 2,45,04,316 equity shares of Rs 10 each. |
