| Pipavav Shipyard signs MOU with SAAB Dynamics AB Pipavav Shipyard has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with SAAB Dynamics AB (SAAB), a part of the Swedish multinational giant - Wallenberg Group. This is the first major defence co-operation initiative taken by Wallenberg Group in India and this MOU will enable the company to enter into the army and airforce segments. The Wallenberg Group is a global leader in pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, defence and aerospace, finance and other critical sectors. The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 23 December 2010. |
