Jk Tyre & Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has announced the Book Closure from July 23, 2012 to July 30, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual Book Closure. The Book Closure is also for the purposes of payment of Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2012 at the rate of Rs.2.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 30, 2012.
