| Lloyd Electric & Engineering recommends dvidend Of Re 1 per share The board of Lloyd Electric & Engineering in its meeting on 08 August 2012 has recommended dividend at the rate of Re 1 per equity share of Rs 10 each (10%) for the financial year 2011-2012. The board has approved the appointment of Bharat Raj Punj as additional director of the company to be designated as executive director with effect from 08 August 2012 to hold the office till the date of the ensuing annual general meeting of the company. The board has approved the appointment of Ramesh Kumar Vasudeva as additional director to be designated as non executive independent director of the company with effect from 08 August 2012 to hold office till the date of the ensuing annual general meeting of the company. |
