Cipla get tentative approval for Abacavir Sulphate
Cipla get tentative approval for Abacavir Sulphate tablets Strides Arcolab received tentative approval for the product in May 2010 Cipla has received tentative approval for Abacavir Sulphate 20mg tablets from US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA). This is indicated in the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection in adult patients. ViiV Healthcare is the originator of the product, and sells It under the brand name Ziagen and in the combination formulations Trizivir (abacavir, zidovudine and lamivudine). Strides Acrolab received tentative approval for the Abacavir Sulphate tablets in the month May, 2010.
